New Client Assessment
We'll review both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. By examining menu costing, staffing levels, ordering protocol, standard operating procedures, and more, we create a detailed plan to increase profitability. Clients receive a written report including recommendations to implement suggested changes.
Existing Restaurant Turnaround
After an initial assessment, we'll work together to make changes to improve efficiency and profitability. We provide project management to implement new protocols, including conducting training sessions for staff and management. If desired, we can continue to provide on site monitoring for a set period of time.
